This a/c made a manual bomb run on Lich. The bombardier synchronized on center of town, but bombs hit a secondary road on southeast corner of town... [just?]... the intersection of a railroad and road. No bombs hit just south of railroad.

Note: This a/c was straggling 10 miles behind formation because a/c did not have sufficient power to climb with formation. A/C turned back at 1027 at 5025-0850 at 25,700.
